Step by step
What happens from the moment you contact us until your appointment day.
Pick Starter, Premium or VIP and fill in our secure contact form with your destination country, the TLS centre where you will apply, your travel dates and the dates you can attend an appointment.
We review your request and aim to reply by email within 24 hours. Once we have confirmed we can take on your case, we send you the payment details. You pay nothing before this point.
Your package is paid in full before work begins. We then ask for the exact information your application needs, such as your passport details, and nothing more.
We create your TLS application and fill in every field from the information you provided, then check it before submission. With VIP, we also fill in your France-Visas application form.
We look for the earliest available slot at your selected TLS centre that fits your availability, reserve it and send you the confirmation details.
With Premium and VIP, we follow up on your application and send you a WhatsApp message once it is ready. VIP clients also get document advice to prepare their file before the appointment.
On the day, you go to the TLS centre in person with your passport and supporting documents, give your biometrics where required and pay any official fees. The consulate then makes its decision.

Who does what
We take care of the paperwork and the booking. A few things only you can do.
Appointment day
Your appointment is where your application is formally submitted. Requirements depend on your visa type and the centre, so always follow the instructions in your confirmation.
Where the TLS centre requires it, you attend yourself. We prepare your application and booking, but we cannot attend for you.
Fingerprints and a photo are usually taken at the centre if the visa you are applying for requires them.
Bring your passport and the supporting documents for your visa type, in the format the consulate asks for.
The visa fee and any TLScontact service fees are paid according to the instructions of the authorities and the centre.
Timing
We will never promise you a date we do not control. Here is what affects the timeline.
We aim to reply to every request within 24 hours and start work as soon as your package is paid.
Appointment dates depend on the slots the TLS platform releases for your centre. We reserve the earliest available slot that matches your availability.
After your appointment, processing time is set by the embassy or consulate. We have no influence over it, so plan your trip with plenty of margin.
