What is not included in our prices
Our prices cover our assistance only. These costs belong to the authorities, the TLS centre or other providers and are paid by you directly.
The official visa fee
Paid to the embassy or consulate according to their instructions. The amount is set by the authorities, not by us.
TLScontact service fees
Any fees charged by the TLS centre, including optional extras you choose there, are paid directly to TLScontact.
Travel insurance
If your visa type requires travel medical insurance, you buy it yourself from the insurer of your choice.
Translations
Official or certified translations of your documents, where the consulate asks for them, are arranged and paid for by you.
Payment
When and how you pay
You never pay before we know we can help. Here is the order of things.
Send your request
Tell us your destination, your TLS centre and the package you want through the contact form. Nothing is charged at this stage.
We confirm we can help
We review your request and, once we have confirmed we can take it on, we email you the payment details.
Pay in full, then we start
Your package is paid in full before work begins. As soon as payment is received, we start on your application.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. The package price is the only amount you pay TLS Helper. The official visa fee and any TLScontact service fees are separate because they are charged by the authorities and the TLS centre, not by us.
Do I pay anything before you confirm you can help?
No. You send your request first. We only email payment details after we have confirmed that we can help with your case, and work starts once the package is paid in full.
Are the prices one-time or a subscription?
Every package is a one-time price in US dollars: Starter $50, Premium $75, VIP $100 and the Privacy PDF Guide $10. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
What is the difference between Premium and VIP?
Premium covers your TLS application, the appointment reservation, follow-up and a WhatsApp notification once everything is ready. VIP adds filling in the France-Visas application form for you and personal document advice before your appointment.
When is the $10 Privacy PDF Guide the better choice?
Choose the guide if you are comfortable doing the application yourself and prefer not to share any personal data with us. It walks you through the TLS process step by step. See the Privacy PDF Guide page for details.
