Refund Policy

When a refund may be possible, when it is not, and how to send us a request.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the services and products offered by TLS Helper (“we”, “our”, or “us”) on our website https://tlshelper.net. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. The Nature of Our Services

TLS Helper provides administrative assistance: creating and filling in visa applications, reserving appointments through the TLS platform, following up on applications and, where included, document guidance. Once this work has been carried out using your information and our time, it cannot be returned.

2. Cancelling Before Work Begins

If you change your mind after paying but before we have started working on your application, contact us as soon as possible. In that case, a refund may be issued at TLS Helper’s discretion.

3. Once Work Has Begun

Due to the nature of administrative services:

  • No refunds are provided once work has begun
  • No refunds are issued for visa refusals or appointment unavailability
  • Refunds are not provided for delays caused by third-party platforms, such as the TLS platform or official visa portals

Visa decisions, appointment availability and processing times are controlled by the relevant authorities and platforms, not by TLS Helper. See our Disclaimer for more on what we can and cannot guarantee.

4. Privacy PDF Guide

The Privacy PDF Guide ($10) is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. Once it has been delivered, it is non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Refunds at Our Discretion

Outside the cases above, refunds may only be issued at TLS Helper’s discretion or where legally required. Each request is reviewed individually.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at book@tlshelper.net and include:

  • The full name used for your order
  • The date of your payment or order

Briefly explaining the reason for your request helps us review it faster. We will reply by email.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
